Due to Keelung City Government regulations, there is a daily limit of 1,200 people for Keelung Island visits. Passenger lists for weekends will be sent for review in advance. If the total exceeds the regulated number, the trip will be canceled, and you will be informed in advance. Failure to receive a phone call or text message notification means the trip is proceeding as planned.

The best time to visit Keelung Island is usually from April to October each year. However, please note that Keelung Island is closed during the winter season due to the influence of the northeast monsoon.
