Deep Tour - Badouzi Fishing Village

During the waiting period for the sausages to mature, "Halopataw" will take everyone on a tour of the old buildings in Badouzi Fishing Village. Currently, the village still preserves different architectural styles from different periods: "Tujiaocuo" made of sedimentary rock, and "Laoguocuo" made of coral, which has the advantage of being less prone to mold and the "Worry-Free Residence" is one of them. During the tour, "Halopataw" will introduce the memories belonging to the local residents of Badouzi one by one.

Straw Sandals Experience - Field visiting in the Intertidal Zone

"Halopataw" will take everyone to the hidden gem of Badouzi - the Daping Coast. Located next to the oil storage area, Daping Coast boasts rich geological features, often referred to as the "green carpet," with abundant growth of stone laver and green algae. To prevent slipping in the intertidal zone during harvesting, ancient people invented "straw sandals" for better traction. They were tied in an "安" shape to secure them on the feet before entering the water. These grass sandals represent the wisdom and traditional craftsmanship derived from the challenges of daily life in ancient times.
