On a rainy evening, arriving at Dejia Coffee. The white signboard outside the shop emitted a warm glow in the cool-toned city. They provided outdoor seating with two wooden tables, accommodating around 10 people in total.

Mimi is a stray cat. Before coming to his new home, he fought with stray dogs, so one eye was injured and blinded. Even so, Mimi’s spirit cannot be dampened. When the weather is good, he will still walk out of the cafe and stroll around nearby.

Japanese green tea Mochi French Tower NTD$ 190/piece
The beautiful piped flowers on top are made with fresh cream and Japanese green tea.
The next layer of whipped cream is a thicker hojicha (Japanese green tea) filling with a stronger flavor and aroma of tea. The two layers are separated by an extra layer of mochi.
The mochi separates the bottom of the tart from the cream filling, so the tart retains a crisp and milky taste!
Orange wine French cocoa NTD$ 190/glass
Perfect on a rainy day, this French cocoa is ike drinking melted chocolate! A little orange wine syrup - and the cat-shaped cup - makes it extra special!
Basque Cake NTD$ 130/piece
My friend ordered a Basque cheesecake this time, and I also took a small bite! The Basque cheesecake tasted refreshing and had a hint of milk flavor. In comparison, the hojicha mochi French tart I ordered was a rather fresh choice. If you're already satisfied after a meal but still crave a light dessert, Basque cheesecake would be a great option.
