By Car
Take National Freeway 1 and exit at the Keelung Interchange. Then, head onto the East Coast Elevated Highway and continue on Zhongzheng Road, followed by Zhengfeng Street and Xiangfeng Street, until you reach Beining Road.
Public Transportation
Take the High-Speed Rail or Taiwan Railway to Taipei Station. From there, transfer to the Taiwan Railway to Keelung Station. After arriving at Keelung Station, transfer to Keelung City Bus 103 or 104, and disembark at the Fishery Direct Sales Center (Bisha Fishing Port) stop.

For those who have registered for a charity ticket, please present your identification for verification at the counter. This will assist our staff during the verification process.
In the event that the boat trip cannot proceed due to unfavorable weather or sea conditions, we will proactively notify passengers in advance to reschedule the date or cancel the reservation. Please note that last-minute cancellations may also occur in cases of adverse weather conditions.
Payment Method: Fees will be collected on-site upon registration, and no advance deposit is required.
If you need to change your registration information, please contact us by phone to ensure that your details are updated correctly.
- In accordance with the regulations of the Keelung City Government, there is a daily limit of 1,200 people for visiting Keelung Island. The list for weekend flights will be sent to the city government for review in advance. If the number of passengers on the flight exceeds the total limit, we will notify you in advance and cancel the tour. If you do not receive a phone call or text message notification, the tour will proceed as scheduled.
